Cancellation policy

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis based on your selected plan. By purchasing, you authorize automatic payments for each billing cycle.

You may cancel at any time through your customer account or subscription portal. 

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order. 

Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, and your order will be fulfilled as scheduled. 

It is the customers responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription before renewal. 

While we do have a no refund policy, if there is an issue with your order please contact so we can make it right on the actual product, this does not apply to subscription charges.
